Overview ECI

A group of expert radiologists has joined forces to create a team that specializes in evaluating Coronary CT Angiography and Triple Rule-Out Exams. ECI offers around-the-clock service -- 24/7/365.

ECI was formed with the purpose of providing specialized evaluation of patients with acute chest pain. Scans from patients admitted to the emergency room with acute chest pain may include Coronary CT Angiography, Pulmonary CT Angiography or Aortic CT Angiography to evaluate for the presence of coronary artery narrowing, pulmonary emboli or aortic dissection.

ECI will provide continuous and rapid turn around interpretation of these scans on an emergent basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. ECI will provide reliable, efficient service to your facility when you need it the most, at night. We will work with your staff to coordinate an efficient process that will be seamless to your patients.

ECI will maintain an internal, HIPAA compliant database that technologists will check prior to each exam and alert the ordering physician if this is a repeat exam over a short period of time. While this does not prevent patients from obtaining repeat exams outside of our network it does give your staff the opportunity to identify patients that have had a Coronary CTA exam in the past.
